For the base-
1 stick unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 t. vanilla extract
The mixture will look curdled- it’s okay.
2 cups of graham cracker crumbs (18 graham crackers, give or take)
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
pinch of salt.
Set aside 2/3 cup of this mixture for the topping.
Press remaining mixture into greased 9×13″ baking pan (layer will be thin). Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden around the edges.
2 cups of peanut butter cups (if you use the big ones quarter them, if you use the bite size ones cut them in half)
1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Reserved graham cracker mixture
Press lightly into the adhere. Bake 18-20 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and just beginning to turn golden.
Cool bars at least 30 minutes before cutting.
